License Agreement

This agreement explains how Swarnakar software licenses work across plans, devices, renewals, offline validation and support.

Software Licensed, Not Sold

Swarnakar is proprietary software developed by AyanCore. Purchase or renewal gives you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the software under the selected plan. Ownership of the software, code, design, trademarks and related materials remains with AyanCore.

Plan and Device Limits

  • Android Only plans are intended for use on licensed Android mobile or tablet devices.
  • Full/Desktop plans may include desktop workflow features, desktop reports, inventory tools and one Android companion workflow where stated at purchase.
  • Premium or higher plans may include additional features, support scope or device allowances as described on the purchase or renewal page.
  • Device limits, active installations and plan features are tied to the license purchased and may be enforced through license validation.

License Duration and Renewal

License validity follows the selected duration shown during purchase or renewal. Access to paid features may stop or become limited after expiry unless the license is renewed. Renewal, upgrade and downgrade handling depends on the current license state and available plans at that time.

Offline Validation and Grace

Swarnakar is designed to support local/offline-first use where applicable. The software may periodically validate the license online and may allow a reasonable offline grace period. After the grace period, the app may request internet access or restrict paid features until validation succeeds.

Device Transfer or Reset

Device migration, reset or transfer requests are handled on a best-effort basis after reasonable verification of the customer, mobile number, shop name and license record. AyanCore may limit repeated resets or transfers to prevent misuse.

Restrictions

  • Do not reverse engineer, decompile, tamper with, crack, bypass or disable licensing, security, payment or validation controls.
  • Do not resell, rent, sublicense, redistribute or share Swarnakar installers, licenses or activation material without written permission from AyanCore.
  • Do not use the software in a way that is fraudulent, unlawful, abusive, or intended to overload or interfere with licensing or payment systems.

Suspension for Misuse

AyanCore may suspend or refuse activation for licenses that appear fraudulent, shared beyond permitted limits, payment-disputed, tampered with, or otherwise misused. We aim to review genuine customer issues fairly when contacted with the required details.

Updates and Feature Changes

Updates may add, modify, replace or remove features to improve reliability, security, compliance, device compatibility or product direction. Some features may depend on device capability, operating system support, plan type or local configuration.

Customer Responsibility

You are responsible for using Swarnakar in line with your local business, tax, accounting, consumer, data protection and record-keeping obligations. Swarnakar is operational software and does not replace professional legal, tax or accounting advice.

Data Backup and Business Responsibility

  • Customers are responsible for maintaining proper backups of billing data, inventory data, customer records, reports and generated documents.
  • While Swarnakar includes local storage and backup-related features, AyanCore does not guarantee prevention of data loss caused by device failure, accidental deletion, corruption, misuse, third-party software issues, hardware failure, malware, improper backup practices or unforeseen technical events.
  • Customers are advised to regularly export and securely store backups of important business data outside the primary device.
  • Customers are responsible for verifying generated bills, tax values, pricing, inventory entries and reports before business use.
  • To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AyanCore and Swarnakar shall not be liable for loss of business data, billing inaccuracies caused by incorrect user inputs, interruption of business operations, loss of profits or revenue, or indirect or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use the software.

Support

Support is provided on a best-effort basis through the published support channels. Response times may vary by issue complexity, business hours, device access, customer information provided and third-party service availability.

As-Is Software and Liability

Swarnakar is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AyanCore is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or business loss, including loss of profits, data, goodwill or revenue. AyanCore liability, where legally applicable and not otherwise limited by mandatory law, is limited to the amount paid for the affected license period.

Governing Law

This license agreement is governed by the laws of India, subject to applicable mandatory consumer or business rights.
