Privacy Policy
This policy explains what data AyanCore collects for Swarnakar licensing, payments, support and service improvement.

Data We Collect
- Shop name, registered mobile number and email address if provided.
- Device identifiers, device fingerprint or installation identity used for licensing and fraud prevention.
- License metadata such as plan, duration, activation status, renewal status, expiry and device allocation.
- Payment metadata such as Razorpay order ID, payment ID, amount, currency, payment status and reconciliation details.
- Billing records, customer due details, inventory/tag data and shop settings stored in the app or included in customer-created backups/exports.
- Support communication data shared through email, WhatsApp/contact channels, forms or customer conversations.
How We Use Data
- To issue, validate, renew, upgrade and support Swarnakar licenses.
- To prevent fraud, misuse, license sharing, tampering and payment disputes.
- To reconcile payments, refunds, duplicate payments and failed activations.
- To respond to support requests and improve product reliability.
- To maintain service records, security logs and operational reporting.
Razorpay Payment Processing
Payments are processed by Razorpay. AyanCore receives payment metadata needed for order creation, verification, fulfillment and reconciliation. We do not store full card, UPI or net-banking credentials.
No Sale of Customer Data
AyanCore does not sell customer personal data. We share limited information only with service providers needed for payment processing, hosting, licensing, support, security or legal compliance.
Device Identity and Licensing
Device identity is used for license validation, permitted device limits, device transfer checks, offline grace handling and fraud prevention. It is not used to track unrelated personal activity.
Local and Offline-First Behavior
Where applicable, Swarnakar is designed for local/offline-first operation. Some business data may remain on the customer device unless the customer chooses backup, sync, support sharing or another feature that sends data outside the device.
Camera Permission
Swarnakar uses camera access only when the customer chooses QR/tag scanning or similar scan workflows. Camera access is not used for background recording, advertising or unrelated tracking.
Backups and Exports
Customers may create local backups, exports or sync copies that contain billing, customer, dues, settings and inventory data. Customers are responsible for storing and sharing those files safely.
Security
We use reasonable technical and operational measures to protect license, payment and support data. No internet or software system can be guaranteed fully secure, so customers should also protect their devices, backups, passwords and business records.
Data Updates and Deletion Requests
You may request correction, update or deletion of applicable customer data through the published support email. Some records may need to be retained for payment reconciliation, fraud prevention, license history, tax, legal or operational reasons.
India DPDP Alignment
AyanCore aims to handle personal data in a practical manner aligned with India DPDP principles, including purpose limitation, reasonable security, user requests and minimization where appropriate for licensing, payments and support.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy as Swarnakar, AyanCore services, payment flows or legal requirements evolve. The latest version will be published on this website with a last-updated date.
