Terms & Conditions

These terms cover use of the AyanCore website, Swarnakar software, online renewals, Razorpay payments and support.

Acceptance of Terms

By using the AyanCore website, downloading Swarnakar, purchasing a license, renewing a plan, or contacting support, you agree to these terms and the linked License Agreement, Refund Policy and Privacy Policy.

Software Usage Rules

Swarnakar must be used only for legitimate business operations and within the purchased plan, duration and device limits. You must not misuse the website, payment flow, license system, download packages or support channels.

Customer Information Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for entering the correct mobile number used for license matching and support.
  • You are responsible for entering the correct shop name and billing details.
  • You are responsible for configuring tax, invoice, GST, rates, discounts, dues and business settings correctly for your shop.
  • You are responsible for verifying generated bills, tax values, pricing, inventory entries and reports before business use.
  • Incorrect mobile, shop, billing or tax data may delay activation, support or payment reconciliation.

Data Backup and Business Responsibility

  • Customers are responsible for maintaining proper backups of billing data, inventory data, customer records, reports and generated documents.
  • Swarnakar includes local storage and backup-related features, but AyanCore does not guarantee prevention of data loss caused by device failure, accidental deletion, corruption, misuse, third-party software issues, hardware failure, malware, improper backup practices or unforeseen technical events.
  • Customers should regularly export and securely store backups of important business data outside the primary device.
  • To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AyanCore and Swarnakar shall not be liable for loss of business data, billing inaccuracies caused by incorrect user inputs, interruption of business operations, loss of profits or revenue, or indirect or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use the software.

Subscription and License Validity

License validity depends on the plan and duration selected at purchase or renewal. Access may be limited after expiry, failed validation, misuse, chargeback, refund approval or breach of these terms.

Payments Through Razorpay

Online payments are handled through Razorpay or its supported payment methods. AyanCore does not store full card, UPI or net-banking credentials. Payment success, settlement, refunds and failed payment handling may depend on Razorpay, banks, UPI providers and payment networks.

Renewals and Upgrades

Renewal and upgrade options depend on your current license status, plan eligibility and product availability. Pricing, offers and plan features may change over time. Any offer shown during checkout applies only as displayed at that time.

Service Interruptions

Website, payment, license validation, fulfillment, support and third-party services may occasionally be delayed or unavailable due to maintenance, updates, network issues, hosting providers, payment providers or events outside our control.

Maintenance and Updates

AyanCore may release updates to improve security, reliability, compatibility and features. Some updates may be required for continued licensing, payment or support compatibility.

Support Communication

When contacting support, provide your shop name, mobile number, license details and Razorpay payment ID or order ID where relevant. We aim to respond practically and clearly, but support is not a guaranteed real-time service.

Intellectual Property

AyanCore owns Swarnakar, AyanCore brand assets, software code, website content, product designs, documentation and related intellectual property unless otherwise stated. No rights are granted except the limited usage rights described in the License Agreement.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AyanCore is not responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential, special or business losses. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount paid for the affected license period.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Karnataka, India will have jurisdiction, subject to applicable mandatory legal rights.

For support, billing reconciliation, license issues, or update/deletion requests, contact AyanCore at hello@ayancore.com. Include your shop name, mobile number, and Razorpay payment ID or order ID where relevant.
